4. Ineligibility for Military, First Responders, and Boy Scout Discount Program Members:

• If you are already a part of our dedicated Military, First Responders, or Boy Scout Discount Program, you will not be eligible to earn the Summit Club rewards dollars. Joining the Summit Club is easy and free! To become a member, simply make a purchase in-store at J&H Outdoors and provide your phone number, name, and email during checkout. Your membership benefits will begin immediately, and you'll start earning reward dollars on your very first eligible purchase.

• Participation in the J&H Outdoors Loyalty Program is open to individuals aged 18 and older.
• Cannot earn reward dollars when reward dollars are being redeemed. 
• Membership in the loyalty program is free and voluntary.
• To enroll, sign up in-store and provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Points cannot be earned on specific excluded items or services, as specified by J&H Outdoors
• Loyalty points can be redeemed for discounted merchandise or full-priced merchandise, as specified by J&H Outdoors.
• Rewards are subject to availability and may be subject to terms and conditions separate from these loyalty program terms.
• J&H Outdoors reserves the right to modify the points expiration policy with notice to members.
• J&H Outdoors reserves the right to terminate or suspend a member's participation in the loyalty program if there is a breach of program terms or misuse of benefits.
• J&H Outdoors reserves the right to change, modify, or terminate the loyalty program, including these terms and conditions, with notice to members.
• Member information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By participating in the loyalty program, you agree to our data collection and usage practices.
• By enrolling in the loyalty program, you consent to receive program-related communications, including emails, SMS, offers, and updates.
• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Kentucky without regard to its conflict of law principles.
