  • How long does Free Shipping take?

    Transit times depend on your location. Generally, delivery will take 2-7 business days if you're within the United States. However, due to circumstances created by the pandemic and unprecedented increase in shipping volume, some orders may be delayed beyond the estimated delivery dates. Once the item leaves our warehouse, the logistics plus timing are independent of J&H Outdoors. Shipping timeframes promised by our shipping partners are not guaranteed.
  • How long does it take for an order to ship?

    Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Please note that for the purposes of shipping, a business day is any weekday that is not a holiday.
  • Can I order over the phone?

    We are only accepting web orders at this time.
  • Do you offer curbside pickup?

    We offer curbside pickup for both online and phone orders. Select "curbside" at checkout for online orders.

    At this time, we are unable to ship outside of the United States.

  • How can I set up an exchange for an order?

    Due to high demand and time necessary for an order to return to the store to be exchanged, we cannot guarantee a replacement item will be in stock once the returned order arrives. We suggest reaching out to us to set up a return and then placing an order for the correct item or size. The original order will be refunded once the item arrives our store.
