Chattanooga may not come to mind immediately when you think of classic areas for climbing, but the area surrounding this mid-sized city in Tennessee is a surprisingly dense mecca for some classic bouldering along with plenty of sport and trad climbing (See Chattrad and Chat Steel North and South). Like most climbing guidebooks, photographs with the line of the problems accompany the lists detailing each area or boulder. There are more than 200 problems in this guide with something for everyone of all skill levels.
