If you’re looking to return for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:
- Items must be in new condition in order to be returned. New condition means that the item is as it was shipped to you and has the original manufacturer tags attached. We cannot accept items that have been worn.
- All footwear must be in the original box, in new condition. Please do not use the shoe box as a shipping box. This could result in us not accepting the return.
- All sales are final on any climbing equipment. This includes ropes, harnesses, and helmets. Climbing shoes are eligible for returns as long as they are in new condition.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you choose to use our return process, the amount of shipping will be deducted from the original form of payment.
- If you decide to ship at your own cost using your own trackable and insured method, mail your return to:

Once we receive the product and the return is approved, a refund will typically be issued within 1-2 business days to the original form of payment.
If you would like to exchange an item:
- Place a new order online for that item that you are interested in.
- Return the original item according to the instructions above.

Orders are processed Monday thru Friday, excluding Holidays. After an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. Generally, orders are processed within 24 hours of placing an order, excluding weekends and holidays. To receive your item prior to December 25th, the order deadline for standard free shipping and fixed flat rate shipping is 12PM EST December 10th.
Free shipping for orders over $50.00. $9.99 shipping for orders under $50.00.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. A shipment confirmation with tracking information will be emailed to you. If you choose our Free Shipping option, the shipment will be sent via UPS Sure Post. Please call us for expedited shipping options.
We cannot not ship to the following addresses:
- International Shipping
- PO Boxes
- UPS/FedEx Drop Box
- Freight Forwarding Addresses
Please be aware due to circumstances created by the pandemic and unprecedented increase in shipping volume, some orders may be delayed beyond the estimated delivery dates. Once the item leaves our warehouse, the logistics plus timing are independent of J&H Outdoors. Shipping timeframes promised by our shipping partners are not guaranteed.
In the off chance you have any warranty issues, we are happy to assist you. We will work with the manufacturer to fix the issue. Please note, J&H Outdoors does not carry the warranty.
